I used to have a pretty poor view of MMA until I started paying more attention to it. Sure, it is brutal, but there's a definite talent involved. Never mind the fitness, endurance, psychological strength. McGregor definitely loves to play the mind games.

Yes it's freezing it's white here with frost roads are a little slippy nice and crisp and a lovely dry morning to be working outside
