"just make sure you get electrical and gas inspections did first 5 days of moving in as means previous owner will need to fix any problems that's not in the agreement ie rewire etc "

Sorry took me a while to find my own thread... my ass is dumb after all the crap today.
Good news is I actually know the seller as for furniture... Wow I'm getting a ex rent flat that's been well maintained, they are leaving me everything except the bed which I don't need
Some of it has to go! but for now it's perfect...

I'm thinking one red wall three creamy walls in the main bedroom to match the colors of my bed spreads :P

nooooooo those curtains are getting burned when I move!
My best mates gf was a decorator for many years, I'll get her to come up with something sexy.
my decorating skills begin and end with applying paint/wallpaper/flooring, I'm more a outside of the building person which is why I bought somewhere awesome inside and less awesome outside. |
