Haha yeh I just recently sold my house and I did the viewings myself instead of the estate agents, it's amazing what happens when you start showing them your bedrooms |

And another similar story, my friend who was engaged was looking at houses and ended up sleeping with the estate agent and she ended up dumping her man and is now married to the guy from the estate agents haha |
