"Merchant hotel is a nice no frills one but that's about it unless you want a flee pit.
Best stay outside city centre and get a taxi saves a fortune.
What date you going?

I've stayed over many times at cj's and the beds are surprisingly comfy lol!!! The last time was with the dirtylittletruckers. Omg never again will I share quarters with them lol. It was thru choice tho so that another couple, who were stranded, could stay over too. Caroline just lets you do your own thing and leave when you want to the next day. |

Try the acorn i think its elderslie street ... Not a kick off city centre would be about 6 in a taxi ... Doesnt look much from the outside but lovely inside and usually reasonable (id go as far as cheap midweek)
Only thing is the bed was a little squeeky . However if its for actual sleeping that wont be a problem |

"Premier inn at Charing Cross is very close to cjs K x
It's full though sweetie
"
Grrrr that's rubbish. Look up that end of town as its nearer, there's guest houses in that area as well as on great western road which would be worth a try K x |

the hotel in bearsden its either a travelodge or a premier inn... cannae mind which...... when i stayed it was £40
taxi to CJs old venue was £9, as the new place is a little closer to town taxi might be a wee bit more, but doubt it would top £12... |
