Guys I need advice....

I work for a call centre company, but i'm really fed up with it and was thinking about phoning my old boss to see if I can go back to a job I was doing 4 years ago...what you think I should do?

Am just about to jump ship as well

hang up my spurs hand in my badge and relocate to a job 3mins from the house.

There are jobs going, its a hard choice and comes down to loyalty

Why did you leave your old job though any regrets or chance of better salary or promotion.

Sometimes you just need to jump before you get stuck.

I do miss working in the rain and icy cold streams though

Just make sure you have a job for sure before you jump ship! in this climate things aint easy if you end up with nothing! I done it recently and it was a good move very happy now!

^As scotsguy posted-line something up before you take the plunge, the job that you had/liked 4 years ago could well be all change including your old boss.

If you have any holidays perhaps put in for some time off and apply for jobs while you continue in the call center or keep holidays for any inter_iews that you get.

Angus & Findhorn

is there not other roles witin the same company/organisation.

Contact Centres offers loads of opportunities to move within: Training, Payroll, Bonus, Incentives, Communications Internal and External, Client relationship..and many more.

good luck with whatever you decide.

motherwell

Hope u got your old job gg and if not many companies about to post roles in Glasgow area at end of this month. Rbr Call Centre/Contact Centre can offer more than taking the calls and you may enjoy a side step to lead to promo at later stage such as coaching, training, Team Manager, MI Forecasting etc.........

Let me know if you need any help on this one
