Police have carried out a raid in Saint Denis, apparently 7 terrorists killed or captured including the mastermind of the attacks.
Quick action by the french |

Here's the thing, if they had intel on these people before Friday night's attacks, why didn't they do anything before then to stop them.
If they didn't, how the hell can they come up with all this information so damn quickly afterwards to be able to carry out over a hundred arrests and then this siege this morning? |

This is why I'm keeping my head out the news, the stuff I'm listening too on the radio is so unbelievable. I really do feel for the French people but this reaction of 'looking like the French government is doing something' is only fooling the gullible |

It's like when pig fucker Cameron says the UK government has foiled 7 terrorist plots in Britain "aka england" this year alone I never believe a word of it.
Why didn't we hear about it at the time?
Just governments trying to appear compotant so we the people don't turn on them & elect sum1 else. |

I actually do believe their are a lot of these kind of things prevented from happening all the time, they're hardly likely to come out and do a press conference every time it happens!!
I'm not saying anything was covered up in Paris, I just meant that if they already knew of these people and had them on watch lists, how did they not spot the build up to the attacks?

Well said, there is more going behind the scenes than they will ever let on...nothing is as it seems nor is it otherwise believe none of what you hear and half of what you see "I actually do believe their are a lot of these kind of things prevented from happening all the time, they're hardly likely to come out and do a press conference every time it happens!!

Quite often, these things are stopped before they ever get started. As has been said, you will never hear about it because that's not how it's done.
They watch because most of the time they don't have enough to satisfy courts.
However, sometimes, they HAVE to intervene even when it's only an 'if' and not a 'when'.
Don't believe everything you see/hear/read because that will only ever be 10% of the story. The other 90% is either deemed unfit for public consumption or operationally sensitive

Abso agree with some of the comments above. And like i said yeah i wish they had had they eye on the ball. Am following this from the french side as i have french tv and yeah they seem to have had intel way before. All of the sudden, they seem to be able to find these guys and know where they stayed and came from... St denis, arrested in belgium the day before!!! Surely they must have known. They were also connected to the attack few months back in belgium!!! Surely they had an eye on these guys!!!
Every one seems to avoid the questions when the journalists ask!!! |

"one word.. Staged!!!! I'm inclined to agree with you on that as it's all rather too convenient and now there is ample evidence surfacing to support your statement "
And inclined to agree with you both.

Reminds me of the guy who crashed a large aircraft into a building in New York one September. His passport fell out his pocket and landed on the street. |

am I not the only one not alarmed to see that 'intelligence' had already been gathered knowing these (I will say horrifically disgusting people) terrorists were already on the radar?..if i made threats and I was going about my terrorist business at every corner I'd be expecting my every move being monitored...even if i was having a fucking shit.
I think theres a simple and complex story to it all...but I dont want blood of innocents on my conscience, regardless of whats being reported.
I'm hating anything that generalizes a whole group of people(many ive lived and worked beside for a few decades), all of a sudden...I'm allowed to treat them like filth..they themselves and their religion?
I see how much the press has influnced people these days, me being black mixed race, i always thought it was just a casual racism, more about being a bit different(granted it was never too bad for me), but now...its really about hate....on almost anyone middleeastern..regardless of their religious/political leanings.
I can safely say I'd hate to be asian, only due to this climate...never mind the fact many of the worlds muslims arent middleeastern asian descent lol...am sure theres maths in there somehow..
I overheard a workmate saying george sq should be avoided at new year...fear of bombs etc..I've avoided that place for years..after being attempted mugged/stabbed..I watched police cars having bottles thrown at them... |
