Nothing happens really.
If you get enough fabs your picture goes on the hotlist but that doesn't last long. Then it's back to normal non hotlist life 
I've managed the bottom of page 2 in all my years on fab  |

I've only spent all day begging for fabs to get there. It wasn't a waste of a full day at all
