Well I hated the new chat but now I like it better than the old chat. The sooner people move over or the site owners decided to just have one type of chat the better as the community is split at the moment.

I def prefer the new chatrooms..
I feel they have a much cleaner design/layout, don't crash anywhere near as often and the #1 feature of being able to see if the profile on cam is that of a M/MF/F before clicking on the cam...
I know if I just want to watch something on cam I hated clicking thru the cryptic profile names only to be greeted by a cock 6inches from the screen lol

New chat would be good if they sorted out pm system, screens disappear and it's complicated.
Also the scrolling up n down is a bit dodgy.
Last thing... Dont like the pink around the cams that are watched more than others.
If these things were improved I could see me using the new chat more. |

Oh you mean the pink then bright red to indicate how many folk are perving you...
Its an interesting concept, we did try and get stockings and boxers upto bright red but only managed a pink
As for the other issues, yes the window for pm does go away but if you keep on open up new ones then latter on shut down your main window you will find all these small chat windows...the only way to stop this is not to have the main chat window take up the full space in the middle. It is a software issue, we released new software in my company and 6 months latter still sorting out issues that are similar to fabs problems

radioman there were 60 plus in the new chat last night coz the old chat was down thats the only reason.
I am an old chat fan , dont like the layout of the new chat , the list of rooms doesnt need to stay on screen for one thing, the chat box is to small , and the pm boxes as previously stated disappears behind the chat window, this if fine if ur a perpetual whisperer but i for one like to chat in room as well so its a nuisance having to minimise the chatroom to answer a pm , missing whats said in the chatroom as its tiny.
Really much prefer the old chat. |

Just way too fast laine, although the new chat is an improvement over old, but the chat window is still small, there seems to be space wasted around it, but at least you don’t have so and so has entered/left the room as every third sentence now. |

Hi Folks,
It seems the mains issues with the new chat are:
1. Chat area too small
2. PM box going behind main chat
3. Cams not shutting down
4. Wasted space on screen area
5. List of chatrooms that are not required after you have selected the one you want.
For me if I was reporting back to my software team on testing this software I would suggest the following
After chatroom has been selected to bring up the room list should be a TAB BUTTON, this space saved could then be used to enlarage the main chat window area.
The PM box should be able to be minimised to the bottom of the screen so you can pull it back up easily and should not go behind the main chat window at all.
The cam windows at the bottom do waste a lot of space and rather have it set the cam should open up and the user be able to drag the picture box anywhere they want, again the free space can be used for the chat room.
Thats some basic suggestions. The main thing about reporting issues is putting your viewpoint across so that the software folk can understand what you want, at times its a hard thing to do.
