Who are your heroes and why
I have many but Ernesto de la serna Guevara stands out as a man willing to die for what he thought was right. Along with Wallace someone who rose far above his position should have allowed |

My gran was and will always be the most amazing woman I've ever been lucky enough to know.
My dad despite his shortcomings was my hero. I'm glad I got to tell him that in the end.
My 3 sons inspire me every day. |

My grandad.
Worked hard and was still getting up at 5am 5 days a week to milk until he was 68. Was also cycling 6-8 miles every day until he was 89. Taught me to drive on a tractor. Taught me how to look after animals. Taught me manners cost nothing but are priceless.

Stepping up for his 2 and 3 year old boys (now 14 and 15) when they were in a dangerous and unsuitable environment, taking on the role of mum and dad with no thought or regard for himself and doing a great job.
My Dad
Nearly 70 n still working a 50/60 hour week so he can provide for and have something to leave his family

3very dear people to me who gave their lives for our great country.
My very best friend who despite being in severe pain everyday of her life still manages to help out in care homes and raises thousands of £ for charity. |

have to agree my grandfather knew him and loved him I never met my great grandfather but he was forced down mines during the great strike at gun point on orders of Winston Churchill it was that kind of thinking john McLean stood up against |

I knew Alistair. A great guy and a great loss. His song "Don't Sign Up For War" tells the story of John McLean's protest against WW1 and his imprisonment at the hands of "British Justice". The story of John McLean should be part of the school curriculum. A great Scottish hero. |

I always found Gromit to be more inspiring than Wallace.
My dad inspires me and there is a friend of mine who is inspirational. I find more inspiration from those around me who's story I know and have seen than the stories that have been told. |

I always found Gromit to be more inspiring than Wallace.
My dad inspires me and there is a friend of mine who is inspirational. I find more inspiration from those around me who's story I know and have seen than the stories that have been told. "

Scott Sonnen Clubbell guru who invented a new exercise method age 16 but was sectioned for his percieved obsessive work as he was dyslexic and in care. He now runs a multi million dollar business in the US training Police in tactical defence training. The clubbells are great for getting fit and staying strong. I swing my clubs daily. Now to get some other swinging in he he lol |
