We should attempt to put one together if no one else is already organizing one

There's one in Stirling but it may be full - pm the organiser and ask. There is a post on the forum about it

more north lincs than mids!

A night out at the pub with mates isn't really stressful. We used to arrange socials in Glasgow but moved away and it's definitely something we miss.

Find a quieter pub, ask if they can section an area off for you, or if they have a function room that you can hire and go from there. It's only stressful if you let it be x

I regularly organise drinks nights in Dundee. I put up a forum post, collect the names and numbers of those interested, then book a table in a pub. Then send out the location by text on the day. Easy peasy

Edinburgh

I've organised a couple of afternoon socials in Edinburgh. Just name a pub and turn up. Only let down is the number of no shows.
