I'm currently sat in my car with a Hot chocolate. A stollen 15 min after work thats just for me. Before I collect the kids from the childminders and start the night shift!

What do you do for some you time?

Cycling for me.

That and cruise control ten mile an hour slower than everyone else on the motorway.

I am an early bird, get up and walk the dog usually before daybreak, porridge in hand with a thermos cup full of builders brew tea ... peace for an hour before the bedlam starts and the que for the bathroom begins.....

Curling up on the sofa with a good book, or a long walk on a chilly autumn day.

It's part of the reason I like to start work early. 3am is great as its really quiet and you can watch the sun come up.

It's about the only time I get to myself

Float tank!

Don't get to do it often, but wow, when I do!?

Totally centres and rejuvenates me.

Awesome, complete and utter isolation.

Bliss!
