I'm not a smoker never have been. I'm concerned that no one really knows the long term effects of them like smoking back in the day.
Just my thoughts, but hopefully they're better for you and get folk off fags. |

Thing to watch though for anyone with them. You tend to find workplaces deal with the same as cigarettes. As in, banned in the workplace. Be careful out there. |

Smoked on and off for 30 years.
Finally gave up after my brother died from smoking related heart disease. He was 46.
Not necessarily a fan of e-cigs, but anything is better than fags.

I lasted 3 weeks using the vape but this was before I came back here lol I get nervous before meets and my vape just didn't tickle it at all. Back to smoking again but determined to do start the vape soon.

Started vaping last year after going back on the smokes yet again when stress n depression got hold of me owing to some major family issues, so far no urges for a cigarette . it works for me anyways. just don't get sucked in my high street prices for eliquids etc, I buy most of my supplies ( coils/tanks/batteries/eliquids) direct from china where the uk sellers probably get it too then hike prices by 500% |

I've never even tried a ciggie in my life but I always admire people who decide to give up after a long time smoking.
It is hard and people have said the worst thing is keeping busy and keeping your mind off it.
So keep it up all of you...you'll feel better for it I'm sure |

Have a look at the chemicals they put into it and the effect they have on the body.
One vice replaced by another in my opinion.
At least you are in tge mental mindframe to change the habit. What you need is to break the habit all together instead of replace it.

Go you. I've been on one around 2 months now with no cigs and I love it.
My bf has been on it around 2 years now.
He says most the machines on the market are rubbish but vaporised do a very good one and great range of juices (I love the fruity ones)
But he always says if your happy with what you've got stay with it and if it's not working go to vaporised and upgrade to there's instead of restarting smoking again
