There must be something in the psychology of wanting what you know you can't get ??
Or you chase get what you want then loss intrest. Is it just the thrill of it all ??

Basic psychology tells us that curiosity and intrigue drive us when it comes to lust and desire. However it goes back further. If you imagine a book in a window wrapped in brown paper, when others are on display. Automatically people will ask about the book.
Wanting what you can't have usually only boils down to wondering what something may actually be like. The more you wonder the more you want.
As for the chase. I don't have the time or inclination for games. I'm far too direct |

Never been into playing games.
If I want something, I go and get it. If something is offered , I accept or decline.
However, having got or accepted, I'm happy to, and enjoy 'going with the flow'. The journey to see where it flows to can be intriguing and exciting! |

We're all different though as I've known folk who like the challenge and just as many others what like the attainable..
