I will be gutted when he goes back, I like spending time with him and only meet when he's at my folks so doesn't really affect my fab life

mines only go away on a Friday night and not every week so don't get to meet very often, tends to be socially at parties or polo as I obviously can't accommodate. X

i dont live with my kids so maybe im a bit different but the moment i start looking forward to them going back to school just so i can sort fab meets will be a sad day.

far too many statuses moaning about kids been off, get your priorities in order people, there is nobody on fab more important than your kids.

Nope doesn't mean any more meets for me, though I'm glad there going back, totally skint by the end of the 6 weeks, means I can save some for us spending quality time somewhere nice in the October holidays together now.

For me holidays ended after the two weeks off I had. I've been at work the rest. I hate it when I can't be the one doing the fun stuff with them. However as many have also said holidays are expensive..and don't get me started on the cost of the back to school shopping for 3!

My only reason for wanting them to go back to school is to allow a decent sleep after the nightshift again but see people having a go at others for wishing them back to allow more meets. Whilst your children should be a huge part of your life they shouldn't be your life people need a social life outside the family as well and for many on here this is the place they've found for that friendship support and fun they shouldn't be knocked for wanting back to a bit of normality
