Right, listen carefully. You start off the day with an alka seltzer mixed in with a pint of water, with a lucozade sport as a chaser, both to be downed in succession. You will need another couple of lucozades for consumption throughout the day. Then a breakfast sandwich, preferably one with a high salt content (bacon, egg and potato scone ideally). Then you need to get moving, sounds odd but some heavy exercise kicks it right out of you. You will also need some cold and flu tablets for consumption after the fizzy good has worn off. Trust me x |
