Forum advertising meets

When did the forum become a place for all these guys looking for meets and advertising themselves. Surely the forum is for discussive issues or for the social events invitations. Surely that's what the meets sections for.

No you're not wrong at all. I think you get the guys who either don't get what the forum is about or are total chancers and stick up a meet post, knowing it probably won't get them anywhere but what the hell, they'll try any way. |

Some of them come on here bleating that they cant get meets,sounds like they are trying to get the sympathy vote they might not get on the meets section.
If they took advice and went along to a few social events they might get on a bit better |

The site owners dont see it as a problem so they allow the posts because no rules are being broken.
The same could apply to drinks nights and socials there is a page specifically for it but you don't see people complain about them.
The point is people see it as opening up opportunity to a wider audience I guess  |

Totally agree re the guys looking for meets, are they incapable of browsing and messaging? 
But re social events, should they not be in the 'Events' section rather than clogging up the main forum? |

Lets be honest trying to get meets is a minefield.
For men and women. To many timewasters n picture collectors.
There people who want to have sex with as many as they can.
Then there's the people who want to just find someone to meet regular.
As they say god loves a tryer. Mabe a real McCoy club. The people who are genuinly want to meet ?? |

just read this below;
I've been asked by Miss Sparkles to organise a social event for "singles only " in Glasgow.
The chosen date for this one will be Saturday 1st August.
Names will be taken to gauge the interest and that will allow us to look into venues depending on numbers and availability . Places will be as always secured with paypal payment once we get a venue and costs we will mail everyone who's interested to advise you .
Just to clarify all singles are welcome to join this event and just to make it clear that it's purely a social night out to meet other single like minded members .
Please can I ask that if you don't wish to attend or have any interest in this ,then you refrain from adding comments as it's to get names and numbers of those who do want to come along .
Tina will be helping out with this one as it was her idea but she's asked if you can contact me on this profile as it keeps it altogether and we can work together in person.
Looking forward to something a little different and meeting up with lots of new people .

People can post what they want in an open forum as long as its deemed fit by the powers that be ..i have seen these threads countless times over the years and very few get replies but if some guys feel its the way to go ..crack on ..if you dont like a particular thread ignore it and move on to the next 1  |

Have I not seen women / couples looking to organise gangbangs and / or dogging sessions? And as for all the social meets advertised in the forum.
Some folk just want to have a moan about anything and suggest that all guys on here are bad.
Is a swinging site where folk want to meet to have sex for goodness sake.
Why on earth should it bother you? If it doesn't bother admin - relax. You are not obliged to read the messages or take part in the activities. |

The forums should be used for whatever the individual wants to use it for!
So long as no harm is being done and admin are happy!
We've used it to advertise socials and will do again!
We wouldn't use it to advise for a meet, but each to their own! |

As they are regional meets and regional socials Mods leave them where they are ( same as the Irish and Welsh forum )or they get lost in the other forum section.They are easily ignored.
If no one is happy with that they can always be moved, but it has to be the majority wanting them gone |

I think the forums work well as it is.
So what if someone throws on a meet add if it doesn't interest you then just ignore.
Always better to add a meet on the meet section too so that those looking for similar meets will see it. |

In the grand scheme of things it always comes back to if you don't like it don't read it or comment pass it by therefore does it really matter.......no!
I say it time and time again too many bother what others do, people should let others use the site as they see fit which to me includes using forums (not aimed at anyone btw ) |
