Imagine a bride and groom are swingers and have decided, as part of their wedding, to invite all their swinger friends to the wedding and want to have a mass orgy in their suite that night. The hotel agrees, but behind closed doors the staff think this is really weird as a bride and groom shouldn't be using condoms on their marital night so in the spirit of consummation, the staff members assigned the task decide to poke holes in the condoms.
[Woefully unlikely and unprofessional, so much so it would never happen I know, but the other conversation we had on the way to the wedding was whether it would be possible to deepthroat a double dildo so far, with the other end in the vagina of a lady about to cum, that upon cumming (coming, sp?) the deepthroater could have her swallow reflex triggered if she's past her gag reflex and have the dildo accidentally forced into her stomach with terrible medical consequences, so think yourselves and our table friends lucky...]
