Shrink my stomach down as small as possible would be the answer lol & I thought it'll be the quickest way to lose weight, & I don't understand carbs I'm only doing it for a week then moving on to vegetables & fruit for a week then back to cereal. |

"What is maltodrextin"
Maltodextrin is a complex carbohydrate, Maltodextrin is suitable for anyone engaged in a long term physical training looking to increase their carbohydrate intake
taking this supplement 30 mins before a workout gives you enough energy for an intense cardio workout, This product is an excellent source of intra workout carbohydrates to give you that extra energy. it's cheap, fast acting and does the job
and most of all it has NO Taste so you can mix with anything |

By the very definition 'diets' don't work. You restrict the calorie intake to less than the body needs hence you lose weight. The body will lose weight rapidly to begin with then plateau, lose a little weight then plateau, lose less weight then plateau until you reach the target weight. You are then at the point where your body is receiving less than it needs to function properly and so you begin to eat what you think is good enough to maintain the weight but it never is. Eating the right foods and exercising is the only way to maintain a healthy body weight rather relying on 'fad' diets. Cereal diet my fekkin arse!!! Eat properly and exercise regularly and you'll be fine |

I'm currently getting great results on the "Katie Hopkins diet" it's revolutionary - I eat less, don't eat crap, and exercise most days - working really well!
In all seriousness, myfitnessapp really helps track where you're going awry |

Any diet consisting of no protein or good fats is a recipe for disaster, eating nothing but carbs (cereal/fruit/veg) all day is a terrible mistake, you need protein in your diet and most of all balance.
Maltodextrin is a good source of carbs for instant energy or post workout to create an insulin spike to shuttle nutrients for your body to help recover but that's it,to use maltodextrin before a workout when your goal is losing fat is a mistake, all your doing is giving your body an alternative energy source to use instead of using the glycogen (carbs) stored within your body first and then secondary using your bodies own fat stores for energy, which is the main aim of exercising for fat loss.
People don't put enough emphasis for the need for protein in their diet,a diet higher in protein will automatically lead to a more toned looking body and more efficient calorie burning machine
I've been doing this kind of thing for over 20yrs and have taken people from all walks of life to a healthy beach friendly body fat levels right down to the extremes of single figure body fat percentages needed by competitive bodybuilder, and the common denominator is a diet balanced with protein, carbohydrates and fats along with sensible fluid intake.
Also just to add, training 4hours a day most days of the week is extreme overkill and will lead your body to shut down and stall long term, affect your central nervous system and leave you often feeling lethargic and run down, often leading you more prone to picking up common bugs etc,60-90 minutes a day 4-5 days a week is MORE than ample when combined with a balanced nutritional diet
Sorry for the geek post lol |

Anything meat based is protein, anything like potatoes, rice, pasta is carbs, fats you can get from nuts, fattier fish and most cuts of red meats, thats a very basic guide but largely foolproof.
In this day and age it takes 5mins to work out what comes from where, google is your friend |

Lol! Know what you mean, but the equation really is that simple(though hard to stick to unless you figure out what habits you can form)
For me habit of an hour of exercise (cycling in the evening) and just tracking calorific value of what I'm eating works wonder. When you figure out how much work a kebab equates to, they're far less appealing |

Up until I was 30 when I was playing football I was a steady 11. 5 - 12 stone, then stopped football and went to 14. 5stone. Started trading 9months ago twice a week in a boot camp doing 1/2hr intense cardio workouts, but can't shift my belly, maybe my age? |
