What word do you use to describe a ladies undergarments.
As a rule of thumb if their sexy then their panties, if their bought in a pack of 4 or 5 then their pants and if their only fit for the bin then their knickers.
I thank the Americans for giving us two simple words " panties and pussy " which out trumps our totally unsexy " knickers and fanny ". |

Panties is a terrible word!!!
As is briefs 
I call them pants. Although when my daughter was young we made up nicknames for everything. Pants were fanters. |
