Has anyone suitained injury or illness due to innocent circumstances? For instance this morning when I woke up in bed I stretched arms while yawning and pulled a muscle in my chest. Hardly got out of bed with the pain. Bad start to the day.. Done it before.

Glasgow

about four/five weeks ago came rushing down the stairs ready to go to work, socks on shoes at bottom of stairs, arms in jacket down I went, couldn't save myself, rib cracked on the stair I landed on, really takes the wind out of your sails for a few minutes. No laughing or sneezing for first few weeks, thankfully almost back to normal but for the odd twinge, funny but not for the first week or so

My mum slipped off the doorstep on Friday 13th, had to go to hospital as she's torn ligaments.

Insult to injury, the nurse told her she had ugly legs
