A divorced couple who were caught having sex in a car have have been told they will not be placed on the sex offenders' register.
They both admitted the offence while parked in a lane in April.
XXXXXXXXXXX Sheriff Court heard how they drove there after meeting to discuss their son over a few drinks.
The Sheriff fined the pair £160 each for the offence.
He (the guy in the car) was fined a further £320 and given a one-year driving ban after he was found to be over the legal alcohol limit.
The court heard how the couple had met to discuss personal issues involving one of their sons.
After having a few drinks they drove to a lane outside xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, where they had sex.
Police were later called to the scene and found him sitting in the driver's seat and his ex-wife in the rear of the car, stripped naked.
The couple were ordered to get dressed and a roadside breath test showed him to be over the drink drive limit.
They admitted engaging in sexual activity on a public road in clear view of the public, and breach of the peace.
He also admitted being d*unk in charge of a car.

What did they expect, parking a hundred yards from a main trunk road in daylight!!   |
