I'm just back from a wedding. I'm happy for the new couple (known the girl all her life) & it was nice to catch up with some friends.
But I couldn't help noticing that 99% of the guests were married, engaged or were small children. It all made me feel single as fuck & not in the good way.

As much as I do love being single I'm dreading wedding season. I have a family one at the end of the summer and will have to defend something that makes me happy. Insane. |

I so get this. Happy been single most times . However there's times I wish I had a partner so I don't feel so alone at times. Very odd time I wish I had that. |

married in their first marriage?, second marriage; third or simply childhood lovers, some couples look good together, some couples are good together, others when behind closed doors, look out for flying missiles
everyone is different and just because you think you see a happy couple, you really never know
