Hi all
I've just got back from the Netherlands, and when I was there I managed to go for a great sauna in the hotel I was staying at.
I really enjoyed the continental way of doing things lol
Get yourself naked and here's a towel. enjoy!! 
Does anyone know of any mixed naked saunas in the Glasgow area or even in Scotland?

There are a number of gay saunas in Edinburgh and Glasgow just search on Google. I don't know if there are any mixed ones.
I also like the continental way and will be in Germany next week and will visit a sauna. |

Yeah I did a good old Google search and it only came back with a few gay saunas 
I envy you my friend lol

One large Gym in Perth was known for mixed naked sauna, it started off with a couple of body builders going in naked with a towel and guys followed suit as did some females.
My wife informed me as she was in (bikini) with a training partner and she commented that some body builders were not shy.
