ok folks there is certainly enough interest for this to go ahead the date is to be 22nd Jan 2010 7pm till 1am

with free buffet.

a limited amount of rooms are available and as said before are allocated on 1st come basis so i will inform people within the next 2 weeks what is available and what they have confirmed .

the people who have expressed a note of interest in rooms in the afore going posts have priority.
