At the minute, 230 unread. Remember when I was single here long time ago...when I first joined, I didn't delete any and had over a 1000 in three weeks....single fems esp when new get bombarded... |

I'd like to wake 1 morning to 3 indox I'd have to phone into work for a holiday I couldn't focus on work after reading the thanx but no thanx replies all at once |

Speaking for myself, the messages i have are within the last 3-4 days. I do make an effort to politely reply to most, as many will testify to. And continue to chat regularily to quite a few. Time and volume are the issue. But i still continue to try because there are some genuinely nice people on here that are interesting and fun to chat with and I have formed good friendships with outwith the site, all from a single polite email.

Unlike my dishes (which I let pile up until I'm eating lasagne with a whisk), I always keep on top of things like messages. I currently have zero unread messages... Sorry, one unread message. The most unread messages I've had in my inbox is about eight. I get about three or four unsolicited messages each day from females or couples and about thirty or forty from friends each day. I always reply politely and with a dash of humour. |

No idea, we only seem to be able to see so many then they 'fall off' the bottom. We do reply to 99% though. Those in the 1% clearly haven't read the profile or wrt lk kidz innit?

Just 12 unread at the moment. I've been at 200 unread in the past.
I mass delete.
I sometimes read messages and save them with the intention of replying but I often forget.
I don't get as many messages as some women on here. I feel so unloved lol |

I'm currently all caught up. Was at 80 odd unread on friday as I'd only been dealing with a few. Sadly probably 65 of them were unsuitable, so I'd rather have 15 any day |

I had 957 the other day, which had accumulated over 3 weeks. I only had filters on to block couples and tv's.
I did reply to messages that were relevant and friends messages ( I think, they can fall off the page sometimes).
The reason why I didn't reply to the rest of them is because I have come to realise if you message someone for example a single guy, even to say no thanks, then if you needed a break and put a filter on single guys they can all get through the filter because you have already messaged them.
So to the guys that think its vanity ignoring the messages to see how many you can get, no it isn't always the case.
I have narrowed my age group and I had 21 messages in 2 days. A huge difference. |

Think I remember having 3 but sure one of them was sent by mistake and other from the site after upgrading and 3 from a male so none any use haha

Currently 0 unread, about 12 currently sent & unread.
There was this one time when I had 4 unread messages!! But one of them was a message abet twice by mistake. Generally speaking the most unread I'll have is 1. 2 at a push. |
