Hey guys, we have been on the site for a year or so and have only had a couple of meets and find it hard to arrange other meets due to timewasters and work commitments. Does anyone have any advice to help us to meet more people.. We always fancied a social group meet to meet more people but don't want to turn up and not know anyone! We're looking for a couple or girl mainly and up for a laugh and open to ideas! If anyone has any advice or fancy a chat then give a mail and we will reply! Happy fabbing! Xx |

Have you guys attended any organised socials or drinks meets? I get what you mean about not knowing people but well socials are not a bad way, check the forum for the next big one burlesque \wild west in June |

Being very young has its drawbacks - many people will not meet if you are young enough to be their child.
I personally wouldn't meet someone as young as you both are.
Also, you are looking for under 35 ladies. That is probably the hardest section to meet from as there aren't a huge number, and they are very in demand... if its just a social, perhaps consider upping your age limit - us 35+ are not all hideous old hags (again you age will go against you, but perhaps you would find someone)
Or, be patient, wait and keep putting out polite messages to ladies who catch your attention.

There's various drinks nights, larger scales social, afternoon drinks and lunches organised through out Scotland.
These are great to make new contacts and put names to faces.
All are advertised on here.
There's Aberdeen club, after8 club in Edinburgh and also cj's in Glasgow . |

As for not knowing anyone everyone everyone has to start somewhere ....but most will tell you once you get there and start chatting etc you dunno why you were so worried.
You can also meet up with people before hand and go in with them...always people willing to chum others along. Or arrange to go with another couple who havnt done it before ....

Thanks for all the advice guys really appreciate it! Yeah there's not a lot of young couples on here and most of the older people don't want to meet younger couples! But I suppose there's always people out there so just need to keep looking have upped the age limit so hopefully might bring some fresh faces out lol! Ehm what date in June? We are on hol til 12th! X |
