I agree plus i even heard of cases where fake profiles are set up just to verify.... Think its just the way it is especially on a free site, but you take the bad with the good ... |

Time wasters, pic collectors and game players will always keep doing what they do because they can and they get away with it. Thats life really

In an ideal world a genuine section would be ace. You'd have to be on the site for a certain length of time to be accepted, be voted in by a certain number of users etc.
But like anything, it would be exploited by the dodgy characters. Also, it would mean that some genuine people would be left on the fringes because they weren't able to meet & could be judged as "not genuine". Also genuineness varies a lot. I know of some who get good verifications but I know for a fact they are to be avoided if possible. |

I think if you're really worried, chat then public social meet. Most people are ok with that. I've done it. Even for guys when they meet couples get that feeling of....when I get there is there just gonna be a guy? Haha, thankfully not happened yet... |

We have been on and off this site a few times and each time we have left its due to people messing us about. Is it too much to ask for people to be honest and actually meet when they say they will, cut the crap and be genuine when they speak to you?
I was brought up to respect people and I am disheartened that it doesn't seem to be the norm in society anymore  |

A) I wouldn't pester you by messaging constantly which you read on many of updates.
B) I'm no pic collector I prefer hands on.

The arse even had the cheek to accuse me of being a time waster, before finally admitting he was a guy, but had created a profile as a girl and sent a couple of pictures of a girl to me...
