"Scrounger would be a fitting name biggest scroungers going"
just out of curiosity, how are they scroungers? They bring in a fair amount of money for the economy. The younger royals nowadays work.
And going by your theory, wouldn't all children born be scroungers? They can't work to feed themselves
Congratulations to the happy couple. No idea about a name but I would hope that Diana is in there somewhere. |

someone who speaks actual sense! .. The number of people who cross the threshold at Buckingham palace in a year is phenomenal, the amount of travel and meetings that the royals have with other nations to bring us jobs/benefits has to be underestimated by many and as you clearly point out the boys work hard, train hard ain't do Loads for charities and raise millions for people who need help.
But of course it's always easier to bash someone's character. |

"Scrounger would be a fitting name biggest scroungers going" . How do you come to this conclusion. ? Most of the Royal Family work very hard and are always under scrutiny from members of the public.

Born equal? Aye, right. No so-called commoner in this country can aspire to be head of state.
Nor is any choice ever offered to the citizens (if you think of yourself as a subject - poor you)as to whether we would choose to retain this backward system.
Moreover, democratic states pay for a president, whereas we have a whole extended family (very extended, generations of the buggers) living off the state in a style which is inaccessible to everyone else.
Furthermore, the Saxe Coburg Goethe mob fail the main test of legitimacy - blood line. Applying the rules, the Stuarts and their successors are the rightful monarchs.
But who has need of princes?
Rebuttals to all the unsupportable claims made in support of monarchy (tourism etc) can be found at republic.org
