Around 5pm follow the queue and you'll know
Used to be a good one in Kyle of Lochalsh but yes I still swear by Anstruther too |

"Nothing like a fish supper out of a newspaper so come on guys where do you get the best fish supper or where is your favourite all over Scotland."
This is all well and good - but no mention of a decent joiner anywhere. I'm thinking of starting a sparks thread... |

Hornblower's at Gourdon. Fantastic setting just on the pier at the harbour. Fresh fish landed on their doorstep. Absolutely amazing fish and chips, and fun by a lovely couple. Lots of other innovative seafood available too. Don't miss trying it if you are in the area (just off A92, south of Stonehaven). Mmmmmmmmm! Mouth watering already!! |

I suppose there had to be something good in Shotts!
But please note, there's a difference between fresh, and fresh cooked! |

And we were all dropping like flies due to the poor hygene standards. Ehhhhhh...........wait a minute, no we didn't, and we're still alive and well to tell the tale!! |

All these hygiene standards do contribute to poor health nowadays to some extent. It's claimed that not being exposed to as much bacteria etc we don't carry the same antibodies as in the past. Wether that's true or not is like everything else.. . Debatable |

"I went to the Wee Hurry in Troon for lunch today. It's the best chippy I've ever tasted and I'm still full "
The Wee Hurry parent company has gone bust. Looks like the chippy will survive though ?? |
