We have been advised the same but if the venue is outside the city wouldn't it be better to get a hotel closer to the venue. Not everybody is made of money and have other commitments to consider too. |

I will source a taxi firm which is used by the venue and ask them for a rough quote for a taxi from venue to central station which is fairly central for everyone to get to. |
