So last night after being on it and drinking a few litres of alcohol I arrived home at 3am and woke up at 8am. I then decided I'd go for my daily run so I clocked up 4.9 miles my longest and most rewarding run to date have any of you other fabbers had this experience of being out and then doing an epic workout ?

I do love the gym after a night out! Something more rewarding than normal.

I've gone to the gym after a long dental appt and had my best workout taking lots off my PB times, and upping my weights for machines.

I can't move after a night on the town normally!
