What's your favourite taste of summer?
For me it's recreating dishes I've had in restaurants while I've been on holiday.
Last year there was a paella demonstration in the hotel we stayed at and they gave out the recipe I came home got all the ingredients and made it and must admit it was delicious and went down a treat.
Not forgetting the old favourites from summer ice lollies and ice cream or strawberries and cream  |

For me it's got to be the taste of a calipso ice lolly that's the only time I have them. My mind might change after we come back our holidays lol. Gail and Robert xx |

I remember bringing home bottles of jerk sauce from Jamaica only to find it in Asda the day after we got home lol
And worst thing was none of the family liked it as much as I did lol  |
