Best suggestion is the juke up a close....oh the memories that brought back. Its just finding the close with no secure entry and that folk take their turn cleaning hehe

There's both a police station and fire station in Cowcaddens. There is a few lanes around but daytime would be risky business

There's a wee industrial estate that will be empty due to public holiday.

these days all the uniform is black. Only blue bit of clothing is likely to be the cop's underwear so good luck with trying to get an answer to that question lol
