The closest religion to my own personal beliefs would be spiritualism

The closest I get to a religious experience is when I regularly blaspheme........

Jesus H fucking Christ!

Don't want to be getting into trouble with my real thoughts on religion so I will just politely say no.

Was raised a catholic as a child but I'm not religious at all I'm afraid.

My religion is based on karma now - treat others the way you want to be treated or else

Good stuff

I've always wondered.....is there a difference between being blasphemous and taking the lords name in vain? Or is it one and the same?

Mass is the only place I'm at total peace.

Stuck between trying to be a saint and sinner. If I didn't have my faith is be so messed up might seem strange saying that given I'm on here. Sex outside marriage etc etc.

Two side of my life

I have two things in life. Drink and religion.

I drink religiously.

I'll do it then Religion is just a form of crowd control for the masses....

There's a starting point...

Religion - not for me. Making good people feel guilty for not being better people since the year dot. Making bad people worse people by offering them justification for being assholes. Seriously in this day and age I don't understand anyone wanting to follow writings and scripture from thousands of years ago. Mankind has moved on since then. Human intellect and intelligence has made great leaps and bounds. Simple thoughts of simple men who couldn't answer why the world is the way it was.

But if u wanna believe it knock urself out.

I've been an aethiest for a long long time but I admire your bravery for raising this subject here and I've generally found that a good catholic is a often a really nice person. Tc

Think everyone should be left in peace to their own beliefs, there would be less grief in the world

very true, as long as their beliefs dont, impact on others, peace and understanding is the key

Turned my back on it all in my teens. Read volumes on Satansm/Islam/Eastern philosophies etc.

I even spent time in a Buddhist vihara.

I do however still meditate daily and practice a mindfulness existence
