Think it's time for a new phone, any suggestions as to what are good ones? Not an iphone though. I don't have many requirements for it-mainly just that it has flash player so that i can watch iplayer/4od etc.

Preferred screen size?

Replaceable battery?

Memory expansion capability?

Camera specs?

4G?

Questions questions, but all basics to be answered.

All things that i hadn't considered lol.

Decent screen size but so huge that it doesn't fit in my pocket.

Lots of memory would be good.

4G probably.

Decent camera.

A couple friends have recommended the HTC one, but depends on price...not really wanting to go over £300 but might have to.

I always stick with Samsung.

Never been disappointed.

Easy navigation and all the techy stuff I've ever needed.

I usually stick with them myself too, one of them is a possibility.

Consider the Oneplus One. Fantastic device, one of the best devices produced last year fondly referred to as 'the flagship killer'. Amazing specs, cool looks at £270. Its Chinese though and some might think that's a problem.

I have a Lumia 925, and it is the best phone I have ever had! I would recommend to Everton to get a windows phone. Granted there are less apps, but its growing on a daily basis, so won't take long to catch up. The lumias have the best camera lenses in their class, not laggy, don't crash and very rarely break. Trust me when I say this, get a windows phone, you wont be disappointed

Thanks for the advice folks, I got the HTC one m8. It cost just a tad more then I wanted to spend though lol, and I'm struggling to get to grips with it a bit...but it is my first new phone in 5 years so that was expected!

Don't get anything but a Sony experia. Compact z3 is a great one. You'll never regret. It's fantastic at everything!

When little I had a Fisher Price 'mobile phone' It was on wheels to drag around. It had a cool dial. Considered hipster now.

No tariff cost and with a bit of imagination you can talk to anyone in the world even if they were dead. Im thinking of getting that out loft at my parents for an upgrade.

The only thing that lets down the Moto G is it's camera, and that includes the 4G version.

However, I believe the 5" screen model has an improved camera.

Currently considering the Z3 Compact, Galaxy Alpha, and the S5 Mini.

Decisions decisions!
