It's a pain in the arse I can go weeks falling off to never land no problem then boom up all night and not a wink in sight!!!

That's what i am like constantly I just lie awake and stare at the ceiling I have learned now to just try and relax and chill out don't go on phone or put tv on and when it's time to get up I feel a little rested at least |
