All my friends seem to have come down with this thankfully i have been ok,keep taking Berroca etc to try and keep my immune system strong.
Nothing worse when you are floored like that with no energy etc. |

As yet there is still no cure for the common cold you can help relieve the symptoms with any number of things from ancient chicken soup to wonder cure all honey or masses of zinc tablets none actually fight the virus the common cold only lasts around a week dependant on strain any muscular aches point more to influenza which requires mesical help if just the cold fight the symptoms and will be gone in no time |
