I also never quite got the feeding/weight gain fantasy i think it has a huge following in America with guys subscribing to girls cams and tipping them to watch them eat etc.

The dressing up as a baby fetish I don't get. I saw a documentary about this a while back. It was all about these guys, in high powered jobs, who were use to telling people what to do and this was their way of relieving their stress.
