What makes me cringe is catchphrases that comedians use that then are used almost all the time. ie Chewin' The Fat and Kevin Bridges. Both are hilarious and very funny but it not funny to hear people continually repeat them.

I cringe when my companies management fuck up then come to the workforce with the bad news that we will have to pay for it then say " we are where we are "
