In Jan so many people start either a diet or start some exercise. Sometimes both ?

How many are still sticking to their diets and exercise???

I can't seem to be bothered dieting so I just exercise plenty all year round. Exercise more in summer though.

Been sticking to mine since July, it's been a total overhaul though not just a fad diet. Can't go to the gym because of a recent injury and getting very restless

It's a change in lifestyle fitness becomes like a drug to some and eating healthy benefits your health as well as looks , take my hat of to people who decide to lose weight because it is much easier to sit and eat than go to a gym and put yourself through pain every week me personally I love it and I am fortunate to have never been one for putting on to much weight

I'm always trying to lose weight and I hate exercise, so I've got Just Dance because I enjoy dancing.

Currently I have sciatica so can't do it, but will get back into it when I can. The upside of being unwell though is that I lost 4lbs this week

I'm still freezing my way into total body transformation.

Dress size down and inches lost from tummy ,waist, love handles, and thighs.

I've also not lived on salad, starved or done any other faddy diet. Just drank lots more water. I've also not been to the gym in months although can see that changing soon as I kinda like the feeling of achievement after a meta fit class!

Total cheat way of slimming down and very glad of it. When you have little will power it's great!

Hats off to you all for working hard other ways though. xx

I started last January and have lost 2.5 stone so far and went from a size 20 to 14... totally changed my whole lifestyle from joining a gym to actually cooking homemade meals, I feel great

Didn't start till well into January - just cut out the rubbish and tried to eliminate bread and pasta and feeling loads better and the weights shifting. Still have treats at weekend but don't actually want as much rubbish as before.

With the lighter nights I'll get out and about more too

Good luck to everyone in their weight loss goals,I would say diets are wrong though just try cutting down on certain foods and replacing them with a healthier option, example more fruit instead of biscuits at night for snacking but allow yourself treats too.

Going on a crazy diet will just make you go mental one night and nearly take the cupboard door of its hinges to get to packets of biscuits

Alot of people see the word diet and think i need to eat little and sweat alot...if you sweat it doesn't make you lose weight it just makes you better at sweating and not eating enough will mean you will lose muscle etc and store fat....sorry im going on a rant, good luck to those who do a little and those who do alot, it will change your life for the better x

I lost 5 pounds in CJs - it was all coins so I'm sure someone will find them.

Joined a gym in city centre 2 years ago - paid monthly membership for a year before I eventually started going - great place to people watch - oh yeah and to get fit too lol
