Conundrum is that while starting my own company has luckily gone very well manage to sustain employing 8 members of staff.
However, the 9th is a conundrum as it's a secretary/PA. This is a total fantasy for me sadly so now I have to hire someone and not in the inter_iew if I find them attractive think of this fantasy.
Has anyone else every came across a similar experience? |

Honestly will do. However is terribly difficult not to think about it and suits something's don't create the most comfortable of wearing when turned on lol #firstworldproblems |

Been there mate
First time I hired a girl who was the only one of six to turn up at the inter_iew.
Guys at work loved her, she was stunning. Unfortunately she spent more time on Facebook than on work and had to go
Replacement was old enough to be her mother and a bit more conservatively dressed. Until we had a tools down drink in the office one Friday afternoon and we discovered she was a recovering alcoholic and chose that day to fall of the wagon
So be careful who you pick
As for sex and business not working, this is a total fallacy. I know of a number of people who are happily married now that started out as an office affair. In fact one couple now own their own business and doing exceptionally well |

My old boss openly admitted he took a gamble when he hired me because of my accent and my legs. It worked out well for us and I did laugh about it because I was more than capable of doing the job well. And i was the best person.However it may have caused offence to someone else.
We never crossed the line beyond flirty banter though and that was definitely for the best |

Jeezo man aint you got any self control, I deal with hunky workmen all day every day but it doesnt effect my performance doing my work nor would I ever dream of mixing business with pleasure   |
