What are people's tips to stay energised through night and stay awake,??? I hate nightshift never liked it. No matter how much sleep during day always tired and red bull does sweet fa |

"A cup of coffee then a powernap for20 mins. Then caffeine gets you going after the nap.....according to a sleep researcher on the radio tye other day."
Ohhhh I will have to try that on my break. I never take my sleeping break coz gets me grumpy & more tired lol but shall try that tonight |

Worked night shifts for 15+ years. There is a secret (assuming you need to go back to days). Push on from a normal day for the first night shift (shot but worth it) then on the last one get up sharp. Helps keep a normal routine.
What I have found with shifts though is meets! "I'm free your not, your free I'm not". |

I tend to just loose the day after nightshift and sleep. It is harder meeting or going to socials coz usually always working and on days off meeting up with friends or spending time with the fam or out on the razz lol |

23 years in the military the rest in my job now the secret is mental attitude oh and if possible go for a walk around 4:30 and 5:00 lol"
Aww rather you than me. I prefer days. No chance on hell going a walk lucky if I get to walk to toilet |
