Ok just for a bit of fun
pick one forum poster to have a valentine meal with .
Your doing the cooking so what would you cook for your valentine dinner date ?
Id pick Paisley gent and the menu would be .
Starter:My special thai chicken noodle soup .
Main course:spicy chicken and chorizo pasta(I know he likes a bit of spice lol ) 
Dessert:would be a steamed ginger and maple syrup pudding with homemade custard .

Starter~Chicken,leek and tarragon soup
Main Course ~ Pork fillet in mustard and cider sauce
Dessert~ Panna Cotta with Amarena cherries and chocolate sauce and me!
Rounded off with two large amarettos

My next valentine meal shall be for Drfeelgood but shhhh dont tell paisley gent don't want him getting jealous (as if he would)
Starter :homemade smoked salmon mouse and crusty bread.
Main:fillet steak cooked medium served with sweet baked potatoes and salad,and a pepper corn sauce for the steak
Dessert:would be cheese cake and lashings of cream.

This would be for Classylady.
Starters would be zuppa.
Main would be a pasta and sausage with lite tomato sauce. no bacon as she does not like it. Salad and some garlic bread.
Desert could be a hot pancakes with hazel nut ice cream dusted with sugar.

mmm difficult with Chinese but something cooling like cream and strawberries after the sweet chilli.

Main: Fillet of venison in a red wine sauce, Auntie Bessie's crinkle-cut chips, mashed carrot and turnip.
Sweet: Banoffee pie.
Gaelic coffee.

For Bit of Crumpet I would serve
Starters
1/2 Dozen Oysters with a glass of chilled Champagne
Main
Tagliata de Manzo (Sliced Rib Eye Steak on a bed of rocket leaves with parmesan shavings). A glass of Red wine
Cheese board with a glass of Port
Desert
Rich Chocolate Tart with Whipped Whisky Creme. Served with a chilled desert wine
Limoncello & Coffee to finish.
Then on to some other Valentine Fun
