What happened to his brother?

We didn't get to see what happened at the range because the guy is up in court this month for his murder,
His brother is still alive as it was him at the end putting his badge on the coffin,
You didn't pay much attention to the film if u missed that |

I thought that too, about the best film I'd seen in so long... Until last night when I watched Selma.
David Oyelowo is amazing in it.. I can't believe he's not even nominated for an oscar for it. |
