With everyone being healthy in January I've decided to design a new exercise class called;
SEXERCISE
Any ideas for things to do and what muscles they will work out?
Here is a few to start!
1) The BJ! Tightens those problematic neck muscles and keeps the wrinkles away from the face!
2) The pile driver - works those leg muscles similar to squats!
3) Doggy style! Works the abs through extensive thrusting!
Any other ideas more than welcome |

Sexercise I should copyright that word.can just be as good as a gym workout. Work every muscle in your body including your mouth. Your sweat is the proof. I'd say doggy good for thighs and arms . Strengthing back mussels

Don't know if tongue punching is a recognised sexercise technique but I'm sure we could incorporate it in another exercise! |

Sounds like it would be good sexercise but maybe for the more advanced classes

Another idea!
Woman squats down as low as she can go, working the thighs!
The man underneath on his back lifts his bum off the ground thrusting upwards thus using the bum, thighs and tummy muscles!
