just collected it....nope...its a massive foam roller...from my lovely physio. oh the joys of having a damaged shoulder

Hope you have a nice weekend too.

We're on a red wine night, lounging through the back watching the snow fall, Saturday is a few pubs mid afternoon then Sunday through to Edinburgh, overnight stay (lucky birthday boy) then few light refreshments on Monday afternoon before train home....and breathe lol.

Then some detox.....
