I went my first run today in a good few weeks ( before Tenerife at start of October) !
I don't remember being hit by the bus on the way round but it sure feels like it now
Doing ok with the no eating so far but it's only been 1/2 a day! Lol |

I feel the same can't remember being hit with a bus either but the personal trainer said he would be gentle with us if that's gentle I don't want to see it full pelt |

No resolutions as they are always burst within the first week
This year I've made a Bucket List of "realistic" things I would like to see and do in 2015
Start of tonight with a weeks retreat, relaxation, meditation, some tai chi and maybe a wee dip in the Loch etc |

Yup. Was going to be more organised and sensible. That went out the window last night when I stayed up so late . Was so much fun though so the tiredness now worth it x |
