No doubt many will play the card and diets and gyms will be mobbed for a few weeks .

So what we all doing this year ?

I start crossfit tonight and fear it may kill me lol

I don't just do it for new year I only take a wee holiday from the diets & gym

As for doing new things well 2015 is looking good

People & things I left in 2014 will stay there & looking forward to the year ahead

Not renewing gym membership this year, doing lots of short sprints instead of distance running and lots of calisthenics movement exercises.
