I am back on the exercise routine today with the Turbo Trainer set up and ready for serious use. I am of course always open for some sexercise, as the most pleasurable method of burning calories.

Food diet through January with no alcohol throughout the month!!

Then lots of sex to keep fit (especially in Benidorm!!)

Think I'll be starting running at the weekend. Was cycling at Xmas and new year to offset some of the food but need to pick it up a bit.

Two Hydrospin classes this week, (spinning on a bike in the pool!) Great excercise. Turbo session on Thursday, and club ride on Sunday.

Look up local cycling clubs, they will be happy for you to come along any time.

I was trying to combine it with a female as the sexual tension might make us ride faster, then there is the rub down at the end and the sneaky outdoor shag in the woods halfway through the cycle

I've put on 5lb in a week and I've not even had any alcohol or take aways or fizzy juice this year, just water so im guessing it could be water retention well I hope it is haha although I have lost physical size so not complaining

3lbs off this week. Hours at class and salads seem to be helping. No processed food either. All food cooked from fresh.

I already drink skimmed milk and I'm more focused on watching what I eat (or don't in my case) now.

He's exercising more and also on a health drive.
