Was at infusion at the weekend and got given what looked like a small business card or if your old enough to remember a face card that CBerrs gave out with their handle on it's anyway the card had their fab name on it thought it was a great idea especially for noisy socials or when you've had a few wines and the old memory fails you next day what do you all think |

In theory I like the idea of names being in show to see who's who at a glance .....but omg practically can you imagine the vanillas faces at a function
Name cards....good idea.....because it's a nightmare hearing people at times then with drink you forget haha |

I'd end up with zero cards haha. I think the good old format of actually speaking to people and asking questions is the way to do it. |

Aye that's true, people just have to try harder to be memorable I guess haha. Name badges wouldn't work in a room with non member bar staff etc etc. x |

It would end up like a competition see who could get the most.
Cards with just names not good for us who cant remember who we are they would have to have face pics on them so you can recognise them later on as well.
Fly I thinkxxx |

Mm not a bad idea at all " i thought it was a great idea I hate having to get people to spell out unusual names or trying to hear people over loud music
Had a great time at the Xmas social but really looking forward to valentines ball where we will get chance to talk to some people at meal first and the one we were given is a lovely reminder of one of the best experiences we have had in our time on here |
